Glossier

I am currently staffed on Glossier, with the partnership launching in November 2024. Our beginning role was to assist with Black Friday creative but now we are developing into more strategic creative.

I am leading the partnership, owning creative strategy, prioritization, brief writing, as well as contributing to creative execution. This includes weekly as well as quarterly planning and presenting.

I oversee 2 designers, owning delegation, feedback and asset delivery. I manage each creative project and am the point of communication on the team.

At the bottom of the work I have attached a sample roadmap to give a sense of what creative planning may look like in a given month. This example is kept high level, the roadmaps we share with partners outline specific concepts.
